Just noticed my time stamp was not MDST and reset it.
I went to "User Control Panel"
next I clicked the "Board preferences" button.
Then daylight savings button.

EDIT - I must need to reset the forum's clock to Day Light Saving Time cause it says my post (send a few moments ago) was made an hour ago. Yippeee!

The actual time stored in the database is probably GMT, but it could be any other time (like local server time) as long as the server knows what it is.
