Otto speaks!
Posted: Fri May 29, 2015 3:14 pmIn reading Otto Lilienthal's brother Gustav's biographical introduction to Otto's work in the book so generously provided by Joe Faust at the 44th anniversary at Dockweiler meet I came across these visionary words: "my brother Otto was of the opinion that these gliding flights would develop into a sport".
It happened on his 123rd birthday, May 23, 1971!
