Anyone out there know of base tube pogie gloves still being made? I know there are neoprene versions for both biking and kayaking but I am looking for some actual dry fabric type with good insulation and windbreak function.

A bit embarassing but another pilot just sent me the link to Northwing who makes and sells pogies for hang gliders. I just didn't think to consider them.

Just out of curiosity, was it a US Hawks pilot or someone from "some other forum"? Given our small size, I'm expecting that it was from another forum. But if it was the US Hawks, it would be cool to know. 8-)

Thanks for the update. Our membership has been growing, and I was hoping that you got that tip from one of our members. I'm looking forward to a time when the US Hawks is the best place to ask a question like that. I guess we still have some more growing to do.
