Posted: Sun Jul 21, 2019 6:31 amHey Bob, I took a look at that document and it's hard to know what the original law is being changed from and to. It seems to state that some lower down authority can now decide who can use what kind of human powered vehicle(?) in various places on Federal(?) lands. It seems to me that that could be good but also potentially bad.
