I was looking at the July 1974 Ground Skimmer magazine copy on the DVD collection to read an article by Richard Miller about diffuser tips. Before closing out the DVD I had this urge to open the December issue and there was an article written by me. I have zero recollection of this but there must have been something way back in my brain that made me want to open the Dec 1974 issue. I don't recommend anyone follow my instructions now, in fact I would challenge anyone to locate a Sears store, but here is what I wrote in '74. There was a lot more DIY in hang gliding in those days.
