{Concerns}

OK Bob: being that the only reason that Iknow reason that I even know pretty much anything about One's Blood Glucose, is because Fourteen Years ago I pounded Myself into the Ground fourteen years ago while flying My predator. I do not see how My writing about My blood glucose numbers is not a subject that should be regulated to ne deemed. off Subject. Anyways, I want to ask everyone something. To those of You who have knowledge regarding Off-Peak blood glucose. Please I want to hear any comments that My question May Generate. Anyways, this morning I had a off-peak blood-glucose number this morning of 77 this morning. Ok, I know that having an Off-Peak Blood Glucose number of 78 is a little bit lower than the optimal AM off-peak blood glucose number of 85. My doctor told Me that 85 id the optimal off-peak blood Glucose number. My having a off-peak blood glucose number that Seven points too low, is ok with Me. Question; Is having My Blood Glucose number being 7 points too. is this really a thing that I should be concerned with?

Hi Chris,

I don't know enough about blood sugar to have a comment. You might try checking with Wikipedia to see where that leads you.

As for being on topic or not, this topic is more or less your own blog, so I think you can decide what fits "Phoenix Follies" or not. :)

OK: I am asking about Blood Sugar here on this Hawks Site because I believe that there must be a number of Pilots on this site who monitor Their Blood Sugar. I only know about wjat My Blood Glucose is because of the fact that I having pounded Myself into the Ground 14 Years ago. I ended up in the Hospital. That is where I learned about Blood Glucose Numbers. and I also Test My Blood Glucose here at home each Morning.

MAKING SENSE OF THE GLUCOSE NUMBERS:

I have tried to get an idea of what the Optimal Off-Peak Blood Glucose number is. Searching On-Line, My Searches only came back as Diabetes sites links. It is maddening! I mean: A person's optimal Body tempter is 98.6. Heck, if I wanted to find out which King-Posted Hang Glider is the Optimal Glider. I have no doubt that My Web-Searches would come back PREDATOR

OFF PEAK NUMBERS:

The way I see it, and I came to this from discussions that I have had with Doctor Robert, and Personal research that has been done by My Sister. I want to see, and by the way I do see Off-Peak Blood Glucose numbers that are under 100 each day. I want to see a number of 85 each morning. I have done that a few times, Anyways, if anyone has any comments to Post
based on Their experience please do Post Your thoughts.

FLYING:

So of course, when I Fly That Flight. By the way: My next Flight, no matter where it occurs, will be the Greatest Flight that I have ever had. It will also be te greatest Flight that I will ever make.

So, this is about it Good By: Chris McKeon 925-497-1059

So, here I go again Yet another Post regarding My Thoughts that are in My Head, where I Pine to Fly My Predator. I constantly think about Flying. I have some concern that possibly because of what I Post that Bob will Ban Me. I mean why shouldn't He Ban Me? Here I am a Busted Up, Broken Down Predator Pilot who writes these repetitive Posts where I write about My Desire to Fly again. OK I will admit it. I simply love to Fly. I mean Flying My Predator has been such a rewarding, Sole supplying experience that I want to have again and again, and again.

I think back to some of the great experiences that I have had while Flying XC. I had one Flight that was oh only about forty-Four Miles. That after I had landed My Glider. Two Guys with Automatic Weapons drove up in Their Truck, and began a Discussion with Me. They were all upset with Me. Telling Me how I had Violated: {THEIR AIRSPACE} When I Pointed down the Central Valley towards the Mountain where I had launched from. I said that is where I launched from. I am telling You, looking back on that experience I really do believe that You cannot Buy an experience like that. The looks on Their Faces, the utter disbelief as to what I had just done was just so cool. I mean after They had digested what I had just told them. They stared asking the sane questions that Other People who I had met after I had landed asked Me. Questions such as: How are You able to Fly up in the Air with No Engine?" The look on their Faces when I said: I have an Engine, as I pointed up towards the Sun. I had just flown 44 Miles. It was fun for Me, to see the bewildered looks in their Eyes when I said that a Forty-Four Mile Cross Country Flight is not a Far Flight. I have had this same type of experience over the Years from a number of Local's upon landing after having flown Cross Country. I really do mean it, when I say: You really cannot buy experiences such as I just wrote about.

Flying MY Predator has returned to me Experiences that are priceless Memories.

really do believe that My Life has and is in a Dreadful State. I mean here I sit up here in Cazadero, in My Mother's House. This will be the case until We have to Move. My Mother Died and My Mother had put Her House in Hock. She did a: {REVERSE MORTGAGE}. So, My time is limited here in Cazadero. I need to relocate. Hopefully to a place where it is located by a Flying site, and I could keep My Predator there. Yes, I must find a new place to roost. I need to find a room to rent. Boy, all due to My having pounded Myself into the ground Fourteen Years ago. My life has been seriously Diverted.

So I do hope that to all of You Pilots down there in San Diego. I hope that those Who Fly today on this nice looking {Fly Friday}. I hope that You have rewarding Flights, and that You do not encounter any Sink.

Post-Pond: Changes of My Predator:

I am just sitting here, once again I am thinking about Flying My 158 Predator. My Predator will handle differently than it did Fourteen Years ago. Yes, I will know what it is like to Fly a stiff Predator.

I do not know how much less than Two Hundred Pounds that I will ne able to be. But I am pretty sure that if I can get Ny Body weight down to 180 pounds or so that I might very well have My Hook-In weight n Flying My One - Fifty-Eight Predator as John when he Flys His One For-Two Predator.

I indeed do have an infliction, Where I am obsessed with My Flying again. i have always been fascinated with Flight.

{MORE OR LESS}
I fully realize that because of these Posts that I put up. Posts that are from a severely Brain damaged Brain. But it matters not to Me for I always for the last twenty Years looked forward with eager anticipation to Flying. I will say that My next Flight, the first time that I will have Flown an HG, I am Really looking forward regarding My next Flight. But for now, I can do things like My stretching routine, and to get down on the floor to do pushups.

I so hope that I will Fly a HG again. Also I can not wait to Fly My Predator again. For when I Fly My 158 Predator, I will weigh no more than 200 Pounds. A Pilot Who weighs 200 Ponds or Less flying a 158 Predator is a low weight for a Predator 158. Yes, I hope to be 200 pounds or less.

Well, it has been quite some time since I have had the opportunity to type out a post. See, my computer has been down. Anyways: This Computer of Mine is working again. So low and behold here I go Typing away!

Well, this whole experience that I have gone through has, and I imagine that it will continue to be a wild, and unique experience. I mean come tomorrow: February 28th, it will be just One Month shy of being Fifteen Years since I Pounded! I still do things to help Me improve. I get down on the floor and try to do as many Push-Ups as possible. My goal is to do Fifty Push-upas as possible, while doing each push-up being clean as Possible. You know. I try to do each push-up being where My Body exbibits good from. Straight as possible keeping My Back straight smoothly executing each Push-Up.

My mental capabilities have improved also. But there is work that has to be done regarding My Minds ability to retain thoughts.

Look, what I want to be able to do is: I want to be able to do what all of You can do: I want to be able to do merely fifty Push-Ups.

My Sister Kathleen and I went and checked out a gym. I had a good time looking at all Their Equipment, equipment that I will use to improve My Body.

MY OVERALL BODY CONDITION:

I stand six Foot Three, well a little bit taller than Six Foot Three. I weigh right around two Hundred Pounds. I would love to weigh say One Hundred and Eighty-Five Pounds. Losing weight after My Last Flight Flying My Predator was so easy to-do, it was effortless. After all, I was on the: {POUND DIET}. Yes, the Pound-Diet did work. But then again part of being able to being able to complete the {POUND-DIET} that I was on, was that I had to survive the negative effects of what caused Me to be in a place where I was able to lose which for Me anyways was a lot of weight. I have lost 100 Pounds since My last flight.

One of My Pilot Friends does not seem to care very much or give much thought to how a Glider performs. i have put up plenty pf Posts where I will say positive things about My 158 Predators ability to remain up in the Air Flying. I men as Zack majors one said, "The Predator has a phenomenal Sink Rate". Yes, I so enjoy when I am Flying My Predator, that if I was saying another Glider in the Air that I was currently flying My Predator in at the moment. If I was trying to work a mere wisp of a Thermal. I very well might end up needing to do that Filthy-Foul-Cuss Word, {LAND}, if I was Flying one of the new Topless-Super-Ships
. Yes, I would be on the Ground, not up in the Air, if I was Flying My Predator.

Even though I weighed Two Hundred and Ninety-Eight Pounds, the Day I Pounded. I enjoyed a Very Good Sink Rate while Flying My Predator. I really wonder just how good it will be now that I have lost a third of My Body-Weight.
