A build: circa 2017 Small Blue Tarp Home Build Rogallo

To-date synopsis of comments regarding the build:
1. It is suspected that reflex dive recovery matters were not addressed in the first version of the build.
2. Various construction methods were mentioned for potential optional builds.
3. Mention of aerodynamic centers were mentioned.
4. Towing method was partially explored.
5. The boundaries of conditions for safe use of the build are being studied.
