I love this, announcing another just fly sites. I just got off the phone with the ranger at Cape Kiwanda. The rules for the North Slope Just Fly! For the South Slope, closed 5-1 until some bird or another gets doing it's thing, otherwise no rules just right! Kiwanda is sea breeze, good for first time thru soaring. I think I'll be heading up there later in April.
