OK. Do I have this correct. So if I do Follow through with the plan of My returning to Free Flight. And if I take My Predator to the launch where Pilots launch their Glider's. Will I be expected to pay some nerduehere who runs a corrupt (CONFESSION at The place along the Cliff edge where Pilots launch Hanggliders from. Of so if I understand the Twisted, Corrupt situation Correctly if zi were to to simply set up My Predator to launch and if I did not pay GRAFF to this GUY. Who has setup an corrupt operation so as to line His pockets with Money from Pilots Who Choose to Launch Their Hang Glider's from land that they are tax payers who are legally all are part owners of that stretch of beach. The corruption down there is really something. To think that for R to be 'Allowed to merely enjoy a strip of sand on at a location that is owned by the citizens of Santiago is such a Foul, Warped Twisted Deal. I imagine that I could not go to the local Police to protect Me from this local Ya Hoo who demands His Lugar. I guess when this corruption was set up down in San Diego

Yes, the city government of San Diego (Mayor Todd Gloria and the City Council) leases public land (owned by the people of San Diego) to a private business and allows that business to charge the public to use their own land. But they can do more than just charge money. They can require the public to join USHPA even when USHPA can refuse membership to whoever they want to exclude.

I have one up with a plan that just May bring an end to the Corruption that is being leveled against the Owner's and visiting Guests such Myself from being forced to go pay a use fee that is brief By a Concession.
