In a video, he was seen to hold on to the glider for about fifty meters before hitting power lines.
Rooney and the passenger fell about fifteen meters to the ground.
Posted: Wed Sep 21, 2011 7:17 pmJim Rooney, not a very good example of a pilot, how long has Jim Rooney been at it now 6 years, or so? He can't top Jeff Hunt or Jack Walters no matter how many hours he has, he still don't know how to hook himself to a hang glider.
