Invited are notes concerning Czesław Tański AND his Lotnia gliders of more-than-one version.
Poland.

My start is from a clipped set of images:

where notes about the photo can be studied.
Visit to the wiki file page and clicking for enlargements was profitable.
I clip now only two details from an enlargement for studying speculative hung seating and control by frame hold,
as well as Safe-Splat nose. The program here in US Hawks might serve a scrolling display of the clips; scroll to see full photo, or copy the URL of the photo and paste that URL into browser to get a dedicated copy of the image without scroll.

From texts, it may be so that he had no seat in his short flights and jumps. But the one photo, as I sense the posture of torso and legs and arm, it feels like a hang seat might have been used, but the texts do not bear this out yet.

The nose of the craft caught my interest.

I am curious about a sentence in one of the fertile pages: " News items about the Lotnia and Tanski's glider experiments inspired Ryszard Bartel (later a well-known aircraft designer) to follow in Tanski's footsteps, and in 1911, at the age of 14, he evolved his first glider, which in certain respects resembled Tanski designs."
