What regarding hang gliding may be found in the deep recesses of this site and its pointers
http://aviaebooks.de/page1.html

???? Hard for me to delve, but I highly suspect that the site and its pointers may bring huge hang gliding history matters. Not sure, but that is my gut feel.
Anyone? German language? Access?

For example, I am not sure if the following "Volume 1, 1908/09, 1023 Pages" refers to something common or not. Original: Jahrgang 1, 1908/09, 1023 Seiten. under a collection title: Flugsport, Oskar Ursinus.
Maybe it all is a collection of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oskar_Ursinus Oskar Ursinus; not sure. ah! "In 1908, back in Germany, Ursinus began to publish a magazine titled Flugsport (“Sports Flying”),
"In 1908, back in Germany, Ursinus began to publish a magazine titled Flugsport (“Sports Flying”), since he had become fascinated by the new technology of flight

Anyone in readership here near Université de Strasbourg might find copies of Flugsport, as WorldCat shows the library there might have copies. Please look into it for hang gliding-related material; thanks! :)

I took a few quarters of German back in the late 70's, but it's all Greek to me.
