Mystery glider

Ken has found a photo somehow.
Knowing more about the guessed-1972 hang glider might be fun.
The title in file at Ken's site is "Jim Fennison Mystery Glider 1972"

Maybe someone will come up with some answers.

Do away with lower rigging; have only upper struts to stay the leading edges for neg and pos flight forces.
No lower rigging to catch on brush.
Maybe have the upper struts streamlined for low disturbance of over-wing airs.
