That's a little bit of hang gliding history that I did not know.

By the way, Pat Conniry is mentioned in Big Blue Sky at 54:45. Sadly, he died on October 24th, 1974. That's just over 50 years ago now.

Also, there's a fellow at 40:35 trying out his own beautifully crafted home-made glider at Dockweiler Beach. That fellow might look a lot like a much younger Frank Colver, and the wing looks a lot like his original SkySail. :wave:

Big Blue Sky really is an amazing bit of hang gliding history preserved and passed on by Bill Liscomb. :salute:
