But I will say that when large sections of our local Finger Lakes freeze over, and then 4-6 inches of snow falls, someone equipped like this guy could have LOTS of fun!

Sure. I wouldn't knock it, either, out on the open ice.
It's just he was doing it in a town with kids around.
He's a menace.
No brakes. No wrap-around shielding.
He deserves jail time for that.
