SNOWBOARDING


Skiers must be like hang glider pilots and snowboarders like paraglider pilots.
Snowboarders die in snow holes. Skiiers don't like them "because they're rude" and crash all the time.

Snowboarders sue on appeal for the right to snowboard at a ski resort that bans snowboarding.
The ski resort operates on a USFS permit.
The case will beheard before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
