This is the video that I presented to the San Diego City Council on July 10th, 2023. It shows a few clips of the Torrey Pines Gliderport concessionaire smoking in the Torrey Pines City Park in violation of San Diego City ordinance on July 9th, 2023 (the day before this video was shown to the City Council). This video was silent during several long portions to allow me to speak live at the microphone. Be sure to wait through the silent portions to see the entire video.
Unfortunately, the San Diego City Council video system does not do a good job of capturing the video being shown to the Council. Also, the City TV department refuses to place a date stamp on non-agenda comment ever since the system was "upgraded" under San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer.
