I spoke at the San Diego City Council today. This speech revisits Joe LaCava's 2021 statement that he hadn't yet looked into the expulsion of pilots based on their testimony at City Council and in a court of law. Joe LaCava was asked very clearly (twice) whether he had done so in the last two years. The City of San Diego video doesn't show Joe LaCava's face (as requested), but he just stared ahead and refused to answer. Here's the video of today's speech:

While City TV didn't honor my request to show Joe LaCava refusing to answer, they did at least show my video full screen as I requested. I can see they've also updated their video system to finally put a date stamp on non-agenda comment (after many years of me asking).

Councilmember Joe LaCava,
Bob is representing the needs of more people than himself.
Please do the right things regarding use of public park land
as brought to light in the matters Bob Kuczewski brings before you.
The very integrity of San Diego is affected by what you do or do not do
over matters. What is done even to the least of those operating in San Diego
affects the mentioned integrity.
