So I Hear, the San Diego City Council & the Real Estate Asset department are corrupted
They are about to strike another dirty deal with whomever they choose

An Easy City Crime with No Oversight,
Where are the people's voice as to how our Public Parks are run

The dirty part being,...
While the argument gets sidetracked & certain people are threatened. We know who!
The San Diego real estate asset department are selling or leasing My freedoms away,
Only so I could buy it back at 10 dollars a day or $200 a year. Who will be next, the parking lot, the surfers, & everybody else
The concessionaire is making plenty of money. We should NOT have to pay a 3rd party for common recreational public park use

~ Its NOT OK with Me or Most San Diegans to get charge for recreational use of our Public Parks & Beaches ~ this is why we live here ~

The pricing has already been changed or added about 2 yrs ago
SNEAKY I KNOW ~ $10 a day or $200 a year for every pilot (NOT OK)
And any day now, the San Diego Real Estate Assets is about to do another DIRTY Deal

Who in the City of San Diego is selling my rights away, Did You Ask the People of San Diego

ITS NOT OK for SD City to allow a private 3rd party,.... TO CHARGE RECREATIONAL PILOTS/THE PUBLIC TO USE THE AIR,...
WHILE IN FLIGHT, RIDING A BIKE, SURFING OR ANY OTHER COMMON BEACH ACTIVITY

By force or threat ~ controlling access to lauch & air space
We must pay to Access; Pay a private party (the Leaseholder Pocket) And be Part of the USHPA association (yet another fee)
We have to pay and shut up under force and or a threat.

From a world class Hang Gliding Park to a Para guppy school a carnival Joyride that operates by threat
I thought Recreational Access to the Ocean, The Beach and the Air Space is our right as free Americans taxpayers
Where is all the money going to ??? and what do I get in return ???
Are you Kidding ~ That's One Expensive port-a-potty

What a club Site fee should be,... is there a Really a need for one (NO there making plenty of money)
(instead of getting pocketed by the leaseholder) robbing the people
We should have a say where the Moneys are spent and a choice to be in a club not mandatory
We should have a nice Club Container, free or affordable storage and a say so as to gliderport operation
Public parks should be free of threat, assault or endangerment

Tell Me While Under a threat,... Where are the Authorities/City Representative protecting Me & My rights

As to the City of San Diego, the Gliderport Leaseholder and USHPA.
The biggest crime to the people and our sport is we have to pay you guys as the money gets squander to questionably secret private funds.
Why should We pay or fund a corrupted third party(s) Just to use the air that is free to all of us. (A crime in itself)
While under a threat, force & control, we all put up with it and got to listen to the BS

New laws should be written protecting the public's interest and rights
Preventing privat business enterprise from taking over & charging us to use our Public Park's

If money is to be collected, Money needs to be delegated for the Public's interest,...
Leaseholder should be held accountable for funds collected and to be monitored for corruption, with permanent oversight
Pilot site fee's belong to the Pilots , we need a voice as to where the money is spent

WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK THE PUBLIC WOULD VOTE ~ Pay to Use our parks, not a chance
Where are the City Representative's that actually represent the public, Not corrupted private enterprise
We need new Laws, We need a Change
