After a wonderful holiday season and a 2 week visit with my daughter - in the Navy, stationed in Japan - I'm ready to get back to work!

For 2017, Bob is now taking on the San Diego City Council - and rightly so...

In February, Bob tries to educate the San Diego City Council about proper behavior on the part of representatives - especially those who are suppose to represent the public parks in the city of San Diego - i.e. Torrey Pines Gliderport. nuf said...

San Diego is on a Federal list of "Non-Sanctuary cities"

http://www.voiceofsandiego.org/topics/n ... even-mean/
Mayor Kevin Faulconer’s staff told City News Service in 2015 that despite San Diego being listed as a sanctuary city on various online resources, there’s no specific law or policy making it one – and that the city does work cooperatively with federal immigration authorities.

The best I could come up with is San Diego would get put on a list of "Paraglider Sanctuary Cities" but that is not a crime.

On a positive note SEAS Seaworld stock value is beginning to recover.

Next step: trace the donors of the individual council members after all they are just their puppets.

There's a very well written article at San Diego City Beat regarding my presentation of Torrey Pines misconduct to the San Diego City Council:

im·pu·ni·ty
imˈpyo͞onədē/noun

Exemption from punishment or freedom from the injurious consequences of an action.
"the impunity enjoyed by Gliderport leaseholder and staff implicated in a public safety recreational hazard, under the influence misconduct and injury, a racketeering monopoly operating by threat for power & profit"

Synonyms: immunity, indemnity, exemption (from punishment), freedom from liability, nonliability, license; amnesty, dispensation, reprieve, pardon, exoneration; stay of execution; privilege, favoritism, special treatment, carte blanche

Isn't the City ultimately liable for negligent management and the threat of violence
(As a Victim, while still under a threat, I would call this Gross negligence, for how long this has been going on)
"Liable for Any legal attempts to fight the impunity that these Gliderport Lease holders have enjoyed for too long"
without punishment, with no ill consequences, scot-free, unpunished "they boldly break laws at will, and do so with impunity"

It appears the San Diego City Council is becoming a disappointment. (becoming... :?: :?: ).

Here Bob is truly disappointed in how the council reacting to the council's lack of conservative behavior.
