I like the video, Bob! But I do wonder if a smiling Bob talking about making San Diego a better place - with the help of Ms. Bree - might have had a more positive impact. Probably not but I think about that slim chance. It'd be a nice feather in Ms. Bree's cap if she could show that fairness has returned to Torrey Pines Gliderport.

Several of us met with Barbara Bry at least twice (before and after she was elected). The meetings were very nice. At the second meeting she even suggested a waiver like the one at Dockweiler. She said she'd look into it. But then she never followed through and refused all subsequent meeting requests.

I generally try to be nice to Councilmembers (and most people) for quite some time before I start calling them on their inactions. After 2 years Barbara Bry has earned that speech.
