A caption could be,

It turns out that YouTube can do that already. Start by clicking the link above each video to go to the YouTube page for that video. Then look for the "...more" as shown here:

When you click on "...more" and expand it, you'll see a button for "Show Transcript". Click that:

You'll see the transcript text in the upper right corner of the page:
