Roy Haggard and his wife Diane will be at our 45th anniversary meet!

I haven't seen Roy since we used to meet up on the Kern River years ago.

Great Frank,

It's raining here today. Think I'll pop in "Big Blue Sky".

That is a great movie!!! I was thinking about booking the recreation center at Dockweiler to show it this year, but by the time I called they were already booked up through mid summer. Maybe next year...

The only brief shot of me in that great movie is running my Skysail across the flat beach to get a feel for its ground handling. Something I should probably be doing more of now, with my Alpha.

Oh heck, Frank. It's all about muscle memory. Just dream about it. Save your energy for Dackweiler.

Well, I'll so-mo your part of BBS next time.

I know RoyH is in there too.

I feel lucky to have flown with and know some of those early aeronauts in BBS. I especially like the line up sitting in front of Pork's '66 Dodge van on some of the first wuffo/parking barricades ever at Torrey.

Billy L. told me he has that above his desk. :salute: Me? I was probably going around in circles in the South Pacific or Indian Ocean.

Man, the 45th Anniversary sounds like fun.

Sam, I would surely like to see you there again this year as you were last. But the drive from Texas to LA is a bit more demanding than from San Diego to LA.

You will be there in spirit, and if Bill shows up this year, we'll try to photoshop a picture of you into our group photo instead of him.    :salute: :salute: :salute:
