200 OR MORE, MAYBE, I can Hope

Postby Chris McKeon » Wed Aug 12, 2026 6:44 pm

I look back, I am sort of stunned looking back at My slow, difficult learning curve regarding My learning how to Fly My Predator I mean it took Me oh 15 Years before I was able to eclipse a 100 Miles XC. The problem with My being able to Fly a Hundred Miles or more was not with My Predator, no the lacking part between vMy Predator and Myself was no Question Me. The good thing was that after I Finally had Flown a Hundred Miles. I began to have other Flights of more than a Hundred Miles. So now I seem be stuck again regarding My XC Predator. The sticking point for Me now is 150 Miles. I had a Flight where I launched From Mount Diablo then I headed down the Central Valley, I managed 144 Miles. I wonder when I am Flying again, I just wonder How long it will be when I will Fly 200 Miles or More.

Yes, Oh Yes. I can see that I will be able to Fly My Predator 200 Miles or more. I mean I came up short of Flying My Predator a Hundred and Fifty Miles by less than 6,000 Feet.

It sorta trips Me out as to My wanting to fly a 100 Miles in 4 Hours or Less. How John said to Me: "You should have done that Flight when You were heavier". My last Flight 16 Years ago, on that March Sunday Morning I weighed 298 Pounds. I really am stunned that Possibly not that when I will Fly again, I will not weigh a 190 Pounds or more. The idea that yo accomplish Flying My Predator that I would fair better if I weighed a Hundred Pounds more just blows My Mind. Yes, in My Minds Eye. I can see Myself talking about, or writing about How I would have been a more accomplished Cross Country Pilot if I had just weighed More.
