Mark Webber talking about the HGAA

There's a topic on hanggliding.org (http://www.hanggliding.org/viewtopic.php?t=12650) where:
It was remarkable to see the HGAA grow from nothing to a thriving bunch of pilots excited about building a new national hang gliding association under the leadership of Scott Wise. It was even more remarkable to see how quickly it collapsed when Jack Axaopoulos took over in an attempt to "grow the organization".
So I wonder who the "eager beaver" was that Mark mentioned? Mark?
