Frank Barnett might have to be mentioned when it comes to listing the "fathers" of anachronistic "Rogalloish" hang gliders.
It seems like the French 1904 Lavezzari anachronistic "Rogallo" might have to play second fiddle to Frank.
Frank Barnett's instruction in 1877 adjusted by W. Simon's 1908 cable-stayed triangle control frame seems like simplicityville.
Future historians will sort things out. For now, Frank Barnett, hello world. :!: :!: :!:

In his instruction he showed full awareness that non-powered gliding was available from his flying machine.

Frank Barnett may be one of the early "fathers" of kite-sailed hang gliders in 1877.
