It should be okay for Instructors to question cost increases

There is a lot going on now that is probably reflected in this remark. u$hPa is pushing through countless new Ob$erver Appointments requirements.

The cost of these new appointments could be prohibitive to instructors........... depending on who you listen to.

This is another topic. Thanks oldhgpilot

Great video Free!!!

Thanks.

The comment was made: Without the video where would he be right now?

That's exactly why we MUST be allowed to use video to protect ourselves at Torrey Pines. During the trial, Gabe Jebb claimed that he had the right to tell me not to video record him when he was in the public park at Torrey Pines. I sure hope the judge doesn't uphold his claim.

By now the court room doors in San Diego have closed and soon Bob will be making a post on the judges decision.

If the post should show that it is in Bob’s favor my recommendation to Bob is that he not yet post the video of the incident at Torrey Pines until all claims for legal fees and punitive damages have been exhausted should he choose to go that route.

My thinking is that if Bob’s lawyer felt that posting the video before the protective order decision might hurt his case then it could also hurt his case should he decide to file a claim for expenses and punitive damages.

If and when returning to Torrey he should have a GoPro strapped to his chest and audio backed up with a digital voice recorder.
EDIT
It would be a good idea to also have someone else at a distance recording with a camera's remote transmitter mic clipped to Bob.

It's official ... the workplace violence restraining order that has been in place since mid November has been denied and dismissed.

I'll be posting more later, but right now I just want to relax and know that there is justice in this world.

Thanks to everyone who has posted on this topic and a big huge gigantic THANKS to all those who came to court month after month to testify to the truth.

Bob,

I'm very glad that the petitioners have lost their case. YEA! But, considering the above quoted post, . . . it appears as if you have the CLAP! . . . .

That is about the corniest joke I've heard in a long time.
But I say that after listening to myself laughing out loud for a solid minute (or more).

:srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl: :srofl:

It's been about four months since I've heard myself laugh like that.
Thanks Scott, and thanks to everyone who's been so supportive for all that time.

Ok ... one more laugh ...      :srofl:
