In reading Otto Lilienthal's brother Gustav's biographical introduction to Otto's work in the book so generously provided by Joe Faust at the 44th anniversary at Dockweiler meet I came across these visionary words: "my brother Otto was of the opinion that these gliding flights would develop into a sport".
