Hello Fellow Torrey Hawks and Friends,

Tomorrow (August 9th, 2015) will be our regular Second Sunday gathering at Torrey Pines Gliderport. I plan to be there from about noon onward, and I look forward to seeing all Torrey Hawks club members who stop by.

I am happy to report that today's Second Sunday event was NOT marred by violence or false arrest.

I should note that earlier last week I filed for a restraining order to keep Gabe Jebb from coming within 5 yards (15 feet) of me. We go to court on that order on August 26th.

I should also note that I was prepared for today's meeting with camera batteries charged and with backup support from a few good people.

It's become clear that Gabe Jebb cannot control his propensity to use violence unless that control comes from the law. I am hopeful that the upcoming restraining order trial will provide a more permanent solution to his violent outbursts.

Thanks to everyone who showed up for today's Second Sunday, and I look forward to seeing you all again next month ... if not sooner.

If the second Sunday didn't always conflict with the monthly "Vintage Bike OC" motorcycle meet I would definitely come to Torrey to lend support to you.
