Not far from downtown, an argument breaks out between a pizza delivery technician and two members of the culinary union over the condition of an Ozone Warbler found nesting in a crater in the middle of the street.
    "Baked!" says the pizza man. "Look how tender it is."
    "No, it's fried," insist the two union men. "Listen, it's still sizzling. It's only tender because that garbage truck just ran over it.""
    "Yeah, I guess you're right," sighs the pizza man dejectedly. "Do you want anchovies with that?"

Considering the above post -

It's kind of sad to think of an elderly Ozone Warbler attempting, for the last time, to make a nest and lay an egg. Only to pass way in the process.

I wonder if it ever successfully produced young? But, if the current stats are correct, it's unlikely to have left any young Ozone Warblers to follow in it's flight path. How sad.
