It's good to know what the USHGA gave up (us) to become something else (them/USHPA).
It makes the decision easy to let them be them,
and now move on to form a national hang gliding association to let us be us.

PUBLIC EXTORTION BY CITY CONTRACT
Current Recreational park cost

AS A PUBLIC RECREATIONAL PILOT
UNDER DURESS BY FORCE OF VIOLENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE
HELD BY A CORRUPTED CITY APPROVED LEASE CONTRACT,...
AND A TRESPASSING LAW

1ST POINT
~ 1ST PARTY ~ UNNEEDED INSURANCE
I MUST PAY AND SIGN WAIVERS, TO AN OUT OF STATE INSURANCE COMPANY. NOT REQUIRED BY COMMON LAW

$150 ANNUAL INSURANCE , PILOT RATING AND MAGAZINE
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2ND POINT ~ 2ND PARTY AGAIN ~ ACCESS PASS (DISGUISED AS SITE FEE'S)
I MUST PAY AND SIGN WAIVERS, TO A CITY LEASEHOLDER, FOR ACCESS TO OUR FREE PARK
$200 ANNUAL, $300 MONTHLY OR $10 A DAY ACCESS PASS (all visitors)
FOR ACCESS DISGUISED AS SITE FEE'S
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A Public Extortion Opportunity $$$$ and the leaseholder took it ....
As the threat continues to this day and at every point the free park pricing has gone up .
To the point where the leaseholder is making as much or more as the USHPA
A RACKETEERING operation of all business enterprise

Providing Zero, (Making Now even more than the insurance carrier)
basically selling our rights back to us as a Site Fee Pass , the Self declared DMV of Recreational flying .

So Every recreational Hang/Para pilot and even RC pilot now must pay to use the Park
including : All Gatherings, Parties, for business or not

The Racket is:

Everybody must pay leaseholder CEO-ZAR ... for common free recreational flight park Use
To Pay the mismanaged leaseholders business, to control the mess .
Snack shop rent, employees, the schools and insurance disaster

A Public Extortion Racket , Privation of a Public Park
Diversion of public funds while under a threat of violence or personal loss

This is Public Extortion held by a City Lease Contract

Looks like the public lost one minute at the podium? (Down to two minutes now.)
