The first time I saw John looping from the air was at Lake Elsinore maybe a decade ago. I was quite a bit higher than John when he started his dive and I was terrified that he was too low to complete the loop. Of course he wasn't, but I'll never forget watching that particular loop from the air.

BBCode Tags are like bookends ... you need two of them to work properly. Consider:
There are old pilots and bold pilots.
Here's what you add (shown in
red) to make the word "bold" be bold:
There are old pilots and
[b]bold
[/b] pilots.
Here's how that shows up in the forum:
There are old pilots and
bold pilots.
The tags (
[b] and
[/b] ) are like "bookends" around the word "bold".
Our forum software also has a number of formatting buttons:

These buttons can sometimes help, but they can also be confusing.
For example, if you click the "B" button without any text selected, you'll find the bold tags (bookends) inserted somewhere in your post:
[b][/b]In that case, you can just enter what you want between the tags:
[b]bold[/b]But you can also select some text in your post first, and then click the "B" button to add the tags (bookends) around your selected text.
You can use whichever method is most convenient at any time.
As with playing a guitar or flying a hang glider, it really helps to practice.
Practice! Practice! Practice!
