That looks like QR3 to QR4 (since that's your only legal move involving QR3).

Here it is:

 8  ♜  ♞  ♝    ♚      ♜
 7    ♞
 6
 5      ♝  ♛
 4
 3                ♘
 2
 1  ♖    ♗  ♕  ♔  ♗    ♖

Taken: ♘

This is my move:
    From my side: Q4 to KR8 x R
    From your side: Q5 to KR1 x R

Here's the board from your side after my move:

 8  ♜  ♞  ♝    ♚      ♜
 7    ♞
 6
 5      ♝

There might be a typo in this move. I can't see any white pieces that can be moved to Q5.

Please let me know what you would like to do. Thanks.

Sure. No problem.

By the way, this picture might help you with your notation:

ChessNotationFromWhite.png
ChessNotationFromWhite.png (163.74 KiB) Viewed 2685 times

Every move should be a pair of square designators from that picture. Since you're playing white, all of your moves would come from the white text in each square.

For example, your first move might be your king pawn forward by 2. The king pawn starts at K2. If you move it forward by 2, it will end up on K4. So that move would be:

      K2 to K4

Now if your queen happened to be on K2 (in front of your king), it could also move forward by 2. That would be the exact same move:

      K2 to K4

But this time it would be the queen moving instead of a pawn. So there's no need to name the piece being moved. In fact, trying to name the piece can sometimes add confusion.

Of course the king file squares can be specified with K1, K2, ... K8 because there is only one king file on the entire board. This is also true of the queen file. But that's not true for rooks, knights, and bishops. There are two of each of those pieces and their files. So they are distinguished by whether they are on the king side (KR, KN, KB) or Queen side (QR, QN, QB). So the first 2 square move by the pawn in front of the king's rook would be:

      KR2 to KR4

Note again that it doesn't mention the pawn at all. It just says that the piece on KR2 is being moved to KR4 - regardless of what kind of piece it is.

I hope this helps.

With those thoughts in mind, here's the current board position:

 8  ♜  ♞  ♝    ♚      ♜
 7    ♞
 6
 5      ♝
 4
 3                ♘
 2
 1  ♖    ♗  ♕  ♔  ♗    ♛
