Paoer Work Questions:

OK I now have an printed form from Beaches and Harbors. There are two places on the front of the form where I need to sign and also where it says initials. this on the front of the piece of paper. On the Back; there are three places requiring my Initials. There is also a Line asking for My Signature, and Date.

Question: Should I mail this Piece of Paper to the County of Los Angles, Attn: Gary Jones, Director Department of beaches and Harbors 13837 Fiji Way Marina del Rey CA 90292

So Should I make up an SASE and slip this signed and initialed form in my S-A-S-A. Then I guess I should put it in the Mail. Does anyone have any thoughts on My Quest to become a Legal Eagle?

Keep the form just outside the SASE, but both inside a sender envelope.

So, if I mail this Form now, and they do return it to me Signed. How long will I be good to go regarding My Flying down at Dockweiler? Is it a Once You have the form Filled out You are good to Go for ever. Or do I need to fill out a Form each Year?

You know doing this; Filling out a Form and then Mailing it. Is just so cool. For there was a Time when I could not even sign My Name.

I will be Flying George Hamilton's 330 Wills Wig Condor at the Beach this weekend. I will hopefully have a couple different Camera's filming the; "GREATEST FLIGHT FOR ME IN THIRTY ONE YEARS. I believe that I will post the Film here.

You Guys only have a small taste regarding how I will feel. Yes it has been 12 years since I last Flew. But I also spent Three Months in a Coma. I was supposed to be Mentally, not much more intelligent than a Potato. Also one of my esteemed Doctors said; "That He Will Never Ever Walk Again" If this all knowing Doctor was Correct. I will not be able to walk the Condor into the Air, as John said that You can. When He flew the Condor He said He walked it into the Air.

Hey I am telling you the truth regarding My Doctors. They really did Write Me off! But I see My situation like this: I did pound, I really hurt My Self. The roar Back has been a long and Brutal One. I am not all the way back. But I did Not Die, Yes I will Fly again! Yes, oh Yes. I will some day soon be up in the Sky doing once again what quite Frankly, I did very well. I will be Flying My Predator, yes flying that great Glider further than I nor anyone else has ever flown a Predator!

The way I saw my situation. I will Fly till I die. And I am not ready to die; "YET".

I'm a bit confused. According to my text records, you had already mailed it sometime between April 19th and April 27th:

April 19th, 2022:

        Bob: Did you mail in the waiver yet?

        Chris: No not yet.

April 27th, 2022

        Bob: Did you mail in the waiver?

        Chris: Of course i did.


I also thought this post was confirmation that you had gotten your approved waiver back from Beaches and Harbors:

As far as I know, the waiver is an agreement that does not expire.
