I have a Question' How many of You Guys feel as I do that it would be great to be able to after having landed after Flying XC flight. Where You have landed not right next to the road because because of the fact that you have not have a Clear spot to land,. Or more directly to the Problem at Hand; You are not a GOOD PIOLOT. That later Point is the case with just about all My friends. My Friends while all of them are what I would call Good People. But on the other Hand as H-G Pilots they all pretty much suck. Like one day in the L-Z up at McClure California. I was talking to My Friend Ken Muccio. Well Ken was honest, Forth right, and Magnanimous when talking about Himself. I said to KM; Ken You are here Flying once again. Ken why is it that You Fly so Much? I mean as a Pilot You Truly do suck. Yet You Fly so often. Ken replied; "Big Guy I know that I suck as a Pilot, But I just love to Fly" We lost KM due to a Mid-Air a number of Years ago. I so Miss KM. A friend of Km and Mine Pamela said once that K-M visited Her in Her dreams. I just hope and Pray that K-M will visit Me in My Dreams.
So I need to eat My breakfast. Then I will get down on the floor and do my slow-controlled stretching movements. I will also get on My Bicycle today which is attached to an eccentric trainer. Pedal, Pedal, Pedal! I try to Pedal as I try to do My stretching work-Outs. I try to do the movements slowly and controlled. I have Toe-Clip Pedals. I try to push each pedal down, and pull each foot up and around. I remember back when I lifted weights. I used to lift a Lot of weight. I remember when I would Multiply the Weight by the numbers of Reps. I remember having been as much as 22 tons. When II would be going for a Maximum amount of weight on a movement. Such as Bench pressing. I if I could only press the weight for one Rep. If that was the case loading the Bar to that amount. If I truly could only do a rep once. Then in My Mind, I failed to demonstrate to Myself that I could handle that much weight. No I needed to be able to do at least two reps so that I could say to Myself, that I could lift X amount of weight. My all Time best Bench press session was just fifteen pounds short of a quarter Ton, I benched that amount of weight three Reps. kick My Self For not doing for doing a Quarter Ton Bench Press, if only one Rep. A Quarter Ton of weight used to be a lot ow weight.
