I got the term Reynolds number in My Mind by thinking about the; what i feel is the cause of the effect that A 158 Predator has better Performance than a 142 Predator. I also asked John to after He figured the Math. Would he Please let me know just what weight that i would need to be in order so that My One Fifty Eight Predator would Be loaded the same as his One Forty Two Predator. bUT it remains to be learned by Me. Sp is the One Five Eight Predator a Better, or a less Performing Predator than a One Forty Two Predator? Is the difference in Size Too small to be Quantified? I mean it is only Sixteen Square Feet.

I am surprised by the Push-Back I received over My Comment regarding being able Break ones Glider down to five Feet. I also thought that where the Pilots could strap their Gliders to their Backs, Thus being able to Hike out their gliders to where they want. I read comments such as; A known safe LZ. I want to say that Pilots pound into known safe L-Z's on a Continuing Basis. Heck there was a recent Mid-Air at Milpitas Ed Levin Flight Park. Ed Levin is where there is a Ridge surrounded by a Gigantic "SAFE FIELD" in which one cab land. Yet this Male Pilot is dead.

Maybe the Dirt and the sand that You Guys land in flying at Your beloved Home LZ's is safer than the Ground that One might encounter when You are at the end of an XC Flight, Get this to date after Twenty Years of Flying. I have no knowledge of any Pilot having a Mid-Air when Flying XC. Our Gliders are not Bumper cars.

Come to think of it. I do know of one Pilot who died after Crashing His Glider while flying XC at King Mountain Idaho. But I also know of bunch of Pilots who were Flying at their; {LOCAL SAFE FLYING SITES} One's Glider reacts EXACTLY THE SAME WAY weather the Glider is being Flown over Sand, or if it is say fifty Miles from Launch. Sand is Sand, Dirt is Dirt. I personally know of noy one Mid-Air that happened when Two Pilots were Flying XC Fights. I guess that it just might come down to how A Pilot {FEELS| Yea Baby if One Does not Feel safe Flying in the Air, because that Air is not located above their Home Site. That Pilot should fly never leaving their Local site. Because that way they will feel safe.

I understand that I might be putting this Question up on the wrong area. I wil not be talking about Flying XC. Because I have received so Much Push-Back Regarding Flying XC when I have put up Posts that where I pointed out positive aspects regarding making an XC Flight. I will most likely be Flying that great Big Condor tomorrow. Being that Glider has some sort of a design Flaw I understand that When it is Turned that it becomes Divergent. Yes it would be fairly hard to Fly a Glider XC when You are not able to Bank it at all. I wish that Robb Kells had not gone AWOL I would be calling Robb to give Him a hard time for once again making a Glider that has not been properly refined that could not execute a Turn Safely. But this has, and I imagine will continue to be the Case with Wills-Wing. Taske the Talon foor example. What is the design number up to regarding a Talon? Is a Talon been redesigned numerous times, so that the Current version is called a Talon Three? Maybe when the Condor has been re-designed, and Tweaked to where it can do things such as turn. Maybe that will happen when they come out with the Condor Two, or the Condor Three?

You're welcome to put up posts about flying cross country (XC) as much as you want. But if you claim that flying XC is superior to other flying, then you may find what you called "Push-Back" from people with other opinions. That's called a discussion (or sometimes an argument), and we allow them here on the U.S. Hawks forum.

The Condor 330 banks and turns very nicely given its size. I have personally made hundreds of controlled (and banked) turns on a Condor 330 at Dockweiler and Torrey. The issue (as I understand it) is that the bank angle should be kept relatively low in turns. That's easy to do in snooth coastal ridge lift. The difficulty arises in turbulent conditions where the glider can be involuntary forced into flight attitudes beyond its design limits.

It's important to remember that ALL aircraft (hang gliders, paragliders, helicopters, airplanes, and even rockets) have limitations on the amount of turbulence they can handle. For some aircraft, their limits are so high that they are rarely experienced on the planet earth. For other aircraft, their limits are so low that they may be frequently found "in over their heads".

In all cases, it is the pilot's responsibility to stay within the limitations of their aircraft.

It is just that being that My Next Flight will be where I will be Flying a WW 330 Condor. I am thinking about When I will Fly this Huge 330 square Foot Glier. THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SQUARE FEET! Can You say; Low wing happiness? or will it be Three Hundred and Thirty Square Feet if Terror? I mean if the Glider can simply turn using even a shallow Bank Ankle. I can only imagine How well it Might be able to Climb. So Maybe the Condor Two when it ids released. Maybe by then WW will have resolved the issues with being able to be Banked up at all a steep bank angle.

I mean look at Wills-Wing. Gliders such as the Talon One were released while the development of the Glider was not completed. The same can be said about the Falcon.

But sooner or Later Wills-Wing will get it right.

am so looking Forward to be able to Fly that Great Big Condor. My Flight on the Surface might not seem like much. The Flight will almost certainly be an exceptionally short little Sled Run. But to Me it will be awesome!. So currently Saturday Afternoon August 20th. I have had somewhat of a Set-Back. My Friend Pilot-X tweaked His Back. If X is sidelined due to His Back, so will I be Sidelined Tomorrow. For hopefully X will be Driving Me and theat Condor, so that I will be able to Fly it.

I WILL GET HIGH WITH A LITTLE HELP FDROM MY FRIEND X
