Scott Wise brought a Comet from New York for the Otto 45. Designer of the Comet, a VERY key historic HG, Roy Haggard, assisted Sunday with the tensioning step in the high wind; what a neat historic moment!
Scott is on the board of directors of US Hawks. He wore the same hat literally at Otto Meet 44 last year. Thanks, Scott, for the many things you have been doing for recreational hang gliding
