Rough draft prior to design finishing:
Outlining assembly steps for a particular tiny-packed HG,
it will be interesting to compare the following to its later child after design is completed and experienced.
Place lower rigging net on ground.
Place 18 beams in approximate final orientation on the ground.
Mount rigging bases on the beams.
Join beams using Joe Socks where needed.
Join spar assemblies to keel.
Set diagonal stays.
Set camber stuffers.
Mount sail sock.
Orient upper rigging net.
Connect most of upper rigging net.
Place two kingposts into keel.
Connect upper rigging to kingposts
Connect High Hat and its axle line between tops of the two kingposts.
Anchor wing to thwart wind effects.
Connect most of the lower rigging.
Mount the aft sail.
Connect the two queen posts along with the base line.
Connect the hang loop.
Check tensions and form.
Do a full system check.
Clear for a ground-skim flight check.
Connect self to the wing.
Disconnect wing from its anchoring.
Clear? People? Things? Wind? Self?
Perform a ground-skim flight check.
Evaluate matters.
