Plus additional insurance Fee's, not required by Law, including:
A magazine and an ID card, with further Storage cost if needed.
A 3rd party, commercial racketeering family operation, running right through the City Council
Public extortion monopoly, They call robing America Good business.

I think that poster may have meant KENNETH TIBADO. Ken passed Sept. 10, 2004 at Winter Haven Hospital when he was 75. "He won first place at the very first kite tournament in the world in Fiji, France," noted Dick Pope in his book. "He taught Banana George how to ski and fly the kite.'' Ken manufactured his ski kites for others beginning in 1959. Such ski kiting was human being kited by a tow line to a powered anchor, the powerboat. Humans had been being kited for MANY CENTURIES.

While Ken and Graeme mostly ignore John Worth, they would have ski kiting feeding hang gliding, though sport hang gliding was very importantly a sport in college competition in 1910 ish when one finds the triangle control frame being used in sport meets. The disfigured history of hang gliding continues to radiate. Ken Tibado was a superior water ski kite athlete.
