I put together a two minute video to play for the San Diego City Council showing various news stories about the paragliders used in the attack on Israel. I concluded with a reminder of the problems at Torrey.

Unfortunately, the video operator at the City Council was unable to get the sound to play. She tried for a short time and then gave up. Instead, she placed a microphone near the laptop speaker to get some audio output. That did produce sound, but with an awful echo. Here's the video of that portion of the meeting as posted by the City of San Diego:

Interestingly enough CFI’s since 9/11 are required to check the paperwork of their students.
I would like to see a FOIA of all the student pilots’ nationalities going through Torrey Pines.
FOIA the City of San Diego for the Federally required paperwork.
Under a certain dry weight a PPG may be exempt.

Paragliding, like all free-flying sports, represents peace, unity, and a deep connection with nature; any deviation from these principles goes against the very essence of our sports and community.


USHPA's mission remains steadfast in promoting safe flying, unity among our members, and preserving the integrity of our sport. We stand committed to assisting members across all divisions and ensuring our shared values are upheld.

I will issue a personal warning to Benjamin Netanyahu because I am invested in US defence contractor stocks and they require minimal civilian casualties. So expect an expensive long surgical campaign. I would build the King Solomon temple as long as it does not disturb the Muslim temple, and allow Gaza workers access to jobs, ban males 18-35. Eqypt refuses a refuge camp because it would fire rockets and you would attack the Sinai. I have my AI working on both single and two state solution. Either one can preserve the Jewish State safely. my AI has frozen many times out of hundreds of uses.
Sadly Ushpa may need to ban green paragliders.

OK I have a solution to Terrorists Using Paragliders to invade. Simply round up a few locals who are Hunters of Duck and Geese. So, when these Para Terrorists Fly in. On the ground Guys with Twelve Gauge Shot Guns shoot The Para terrorist down. I tell You it Would be a [Turkey Shoot].

l Air Airborne Threats from Paragliders, really?

Come On! This just Kills Me! terrorists Flying into an Area to inflict Terror upon those on the Ground! I mean Come on really now, Terrorists using Paragliders as a means to access Groups on the Ground so that These {TERRORISTS} Can inflict Mayhem, and Terror upon those on the Ground? Think this trough. It might work in a Perfect operation of Terror. That is Providing that The People on the Ground are Defenseless hapless Victims Who are simply standing around waiting to Be Shot! But if the "VICTIMS" on the Ground happen to be from Ground Based threats to the Airborne threat their Shot Guns that They use for Duck Hunting. Then the Balance of Power would be delivered to those Yahoos Who were Flying their Paragliders.
