{Concerns}

OK Bob: being that the only reason that Iknow reason that I even know pretty much anything about One's Blood Glucose, is because Fourteen Years ago I pounded Myself into the Ground fourteen years ago while flying My predator. I do not see how My writing about My blood glucose numbers is not a subject that should be regulated to ne deemed. off Subject. Anyways, I want to ask everyone something. To those of You who have knowledge regarding Off-Peak blood glucose. Please I want to hear any comments that My question May Generate. Anyways, this morning I had a off-peak blood-glucose number this morning of 77 this morning. Ok, I know that having an Off-Peak Blood Glucose number of 78 is a little bit lower than the optimal AM off-peak blood glucose number of 85. My doctor told Me that 85 id the optimal off-peak blood Glucose number. My having a off-peak blood glucose number that Seven points too low, is ok with Me. Question; Is having My Blood Glucose number being 7 points too. is this really a thing that I should be concerned with?

Hi Chris,

I don't know enough about blood sugar to have a comment. You might try checking with Wikipedia to see where that leads you.

As for being on topic or not, this topic is more or less your own blog, so I think you can decide what fits "Phoenix Follies" or not. :)

OK: I am asking about Blood Sugar here on this Hawks Site because I believe that there must be a number of Pilots on this site who monitor Their Blood Sugar. I only know about wjat My Blood Glucose is because of the fact that I having pounded Myself into the Ground 14 Years ago. I ended up in the Hospital. That is where I learned about Blood Glucose Numbers. and I also Test My Blood Glucose here at home each Morning.

MAKING SENSE OF THE GLUCOSE NUMBERS:

I have tried to get an idea of what the Optimal Off-Peak Blood Glucose number is. Searching On-Line, My Searches only came back as Diabetes sites links. It is maddening! I mean: A person's optimal Body tempter is 98.6. Heck, if I wanted to find out which King-Posted Hang Glider is the Optimal Glider. I have no doubt that My Web-Searches would come back PREDATOR

OFF PEAK NUMBERS:

The way I see it, and I came to this from discussions that I have had with Doctor Robert, and Personal research that has been done by My Sister. I want to see, and by the way I do see Off-Peak Blood Glucose numbers that are under 100 each day. I want to see a number of 85 each morning. I have done that a few times, Anyways, if anyone has any comments to Post
based on Their experience please do Post Your thoughts.

FLYING:

So of course, when I Fly That Flight. By the way: My next Flight, no matter where it occurs, will be the Greatest Flight that I have ever had. It will also be te greatest Flight that I will ever make.

So, this is about it Good By: Chris McKeon 925-497-1059
