OK, I am going to just come out and admit that I am one Pathtic Predator Pilot. The reasons for Me being Pathetic are Numerous. But here is Just One reason that other Hg Pilots might come to the conclusion that something is not correct with Chris. For I experienced a pounding while Flying My Predator that nearly ended My Life, but I did not follow My Doctors Prognosis. No, I did not Die. Heck if I did Die. How would dying affect how Much Airtime that I could rack up after My Pounding? So, I am a Predator Pilot with a [Flight Plan]. Yes, with the help from our Friend John. I hope to return to the Sky this Summer. We most Likely will head over to the Beach for Me to make My First Flight in Fourteen Years. Yes, this Year, 2025, for Me anyways. Spring will go into a Sprung Leval like no other.

PERCATIONS:

I will be Launching I believe My little Hop will be John's North - Wing T -Two That Glider will enable Me to: For a very short Time to: Break Free From this Gravity 'Secured Penitentiary that We all exist in.

Good By Everyone: and to Everyone, and I hope that on Your Next flights, that You will all: {GET HIGH AND GO FAR}, Yea Baby! Is not Flying Great??

Some of You might have known KM. If You knew -KM, then You were very fortunate'. As good a Pilot that KM was, and He was a Very GOOD Pilot. Ken was a far better Person than He was a Pilot.

I have been Thinking lately. Yes, I think about Flying as almost a constant state of Being. When I have Finally Given the Opportunity to take the Behind the Wheel Part of the DMV testing so that They can Determine if I am a safe driver. Yes, Behind the Wheel Testing is in My Future. See as all of You must know, there are Two parts regarding Testing that is given to You. Well, I already took and passed the written Portion of the testing. But that was Quite a while back after the Day I pounded, March 28th. 2010. Being that I like, and I expect to if and when I am asked to take the written Portion again, I study My Pamphlet. I fully expect to score 100 Percent on the written portion of my DMV Written Test. I study the Pamphlet that I got from the DMV. I want to score One hundred Percent or More!

What do Organizations such as USPA, or this Organization US Hawks offer? I mean: Really, there is Insurance. But i have been flying Hang Gliders for about Forty Years. I do not recall Anyone using Their Insurance, does anyone Else? I for One have found Myself landing out many times. Yet I never had a Local Landowner ask Me to give them either My Proof of Insurance, or My Card showing that I had a Cross-Country Sign-Off.

I have had a Couple of Military Guys Show up where I Landed. They were all upset citing that I had Violated Their Airspace. But once these Two Milatary Guys got over their Shock and dismay over the fact that My Predator 44 Miles and had no Engine that drove a Propeller. They became after I explained that How I flew the forty fur Miles to Their Field. They both calmed Down.

Coming Back from this injury that I Incurred from when I pounded into the Ground Fourteen Years ago, has caused Me to look for new ways for Me to be able to Overcome this darn Spasticity that runs up and Down the Left side of My Body. Heck the Typing that I am doing here is a good thing to do for My Left Hand and the Fingers of My Left Hand. No more using My Right /hand to Hunt and Peck for Me.

I know that my dad's second Wife Darleen Type at around a Hundred and Twenty-one words a minute. I know 121 words a minute is smoking fast! My Question is this; How Fast is Fastcan a Typical Average Person who Types?

So, I just now got off the Phone from talking with John. I told Him that I could not wait till I get the Chance to Fly My 158 Predator. I brought up how eager I was to Fly My Predator now that I have lost a Hundred Pounds. I believe that I said to john something like this: My having lost a Hundred Pounds, will must be a big asset to My rate of Climb. John replied: "What do You Think? Being the Predator Devotee that I am coupled with My current Physical Condition. I weigh about the same that I Weighed back When I was a {Junior}
back in High School way back way oh 47 Years ago in High School. So, Oh Yes! I am looking forward to Flying My 158. I think that yes there will be a: [Downside]. I fully understand that I will experience new FLYING, handling GREMLINS. i am getting ready to experience what it will be to Fly a Stiff Predator.

But the rate of Climb as good as it was, must be even better.

Yes, Ny very next Flight may not be a far XC, or High, or long in duration. But My Next Flight will be a great Flight!

Here I I am, I am almost Six-Foot Four inches tall. But here is My current Weight, well current for say the last couple of Months. I tend to weigh rite around two Hundred Pounds. Well I would say that I have stabilized out regarding my having lost weight to bee rite around two hundred Pounds. I make a serious effort to avoid Carbohydrate's... I believe that Sugar is a Poison. What I am asking can anyone say steer Me in the Correct Direction in order for Me to lose say just Fifteen more Pounds. i guess it comes down to just doing more and eating less. Anybody have any Diet Tips? Thanks Guys.

I dreaded Sinking out back when I used to Fly My Predator. My predator not being difficult to stay up in, is a Prime reason Why I had My Predator for so long. Compared to a Topless Glider, the Predator is slower and does not have a Comparable Glide that a Topless Glider has. Yes, a Topless is also faster. But that is as far as I go with the favorable comparison regarding Flying characteristics Goes. Launching from the same mountain on the Same Day, the Preator would do a good job for Me. At the end of the Day, I did not think about going Topless very Much. But I like a few other Predator Pilots have wondered just How much better a Glide; a Topless Predator would benefit by not having the Drag caused by those Luff-Lines.

Yes, I do have a long run fascination with This Great Design that John along with Dick C, and I do not know Who Else? But what a Glider!

OK, I have been doing an "Exercise" I play My Guitar. I have found that when I Play My guitar it forces Me to use my Left hand. The manipulation that must Be done inorder to have each Finger press down up own individual Strings between the Fretts of the Guitar. Yes, the Playing of My Guitar has helped Me to regain Control of My Left Hand.

Ok Bob Please do not delete this Post. I know that at first Glance You Might say something like: This is a hang-Gliding Site. Chris why don't You go and put up Post's on some Music Site? I am putting these comments about My Playing My Gibson SG, because I think it might be interesting to other Pilots to see recovering from such as a so severe pounding. Like the beating I took. Fifteen Years ag Flying My Predator. There is a road albeit a road less Traveled, there is indeed a road back to Normalcy. By the way, My Being Ab-Normal, is My Normal, it always was My Normal. It will be again. I will be soon, a One Hundred Percent AB-Normal Kind of a Guy.
