OK, I can not be the only HG Pilot who has gone and tried flying Three Axis Control what My Question is in how I can overcome PIO osculation while I was under Tow when I flew a Grobe Sail Plane. Ozk look I have had some experience dealing with Pilot Induced Osculation Fly Hang Glider's. The First Glider that I ever had was a Wills Wing 225. Then I went to John so that I could purchase a 158 Predator from Him. Well the first time that I flew the Z predator was the Day when John drove out here with The Predator loaded up on His Van.
Anyways My Flight at the Coast went great. Well then I took My Predator Home. my next Flight was over at Dunlap when landing I aebfis usual, I pulled on some speed on Finale. This caused some violent Pio. But somehow so got it on the Ground. Safely. Well that evening Zi called John and we discussed what had happened. John did a good job talking asMr through the situation
I quickly learned to relax and to stop "Fighting" the glider. My problems with Pio vanished never to return. I wonder if. The same sort of a solution could happen with a sail Plane? Anyways I would love to hear from someone with some informed thoughts good By Chris M 925-497-10597

Hi Chris,

If you're flying a sailplane, you should be with an instructor. Ask them about help with PIO. They should be able to help you.

I see some good talk about a Site that is called Stockton Bar. Seems like. The feeling about the Site is that it is considered a Good Site. So is the site a productive site regarding Thermals. Can a Pilot often get High ?

OK, I really should not need to ask this Question. I mean I should have learned about what Physicalogocly I gives Birds their supream ability to locate and utilize thermals. I asked a friend of mine why is That Birds can locate thermals? Mike just said that; "They do it for a Living". I am pretty sure that what Birds have that We do not have is located in Their Heads. So I know that They have more going up for Them, than what They do for a living, or that They have Hollow Bones . Does anyone know?
