before Mike Burns' project modelling. Several patents were already establishing tweaked mechanics using the basic standard hang glider four-boomer.
Ryan Aeronautical Company was into fulfilling contracts using the four-boomer. Other companies were facing other four-boomer sailed-wing projects.
The four-boomer basic was already in public domain mechanical-patent wise. Since JD was electrically minded, did he visit this issue of the magazine?]
