Found a blog note: "BAPC-103 - Hulton Biplane Hang Glider - Wycombe Air Park - built by E A S Hulton in 1969, flew twice"
Tony Prentice was participatory in solving some tail challenge in 1972 for Edward Hulton. [ ARP email ]

Not sure what this means, but it is filed here in case it becomes part of the story.

Hulton mentions a book of 1906 titled How To Fly
HOWEVER, author was not given, so we are not sure of the book.
RATHER, we find an interesting book on this path that just might match Hulton's source:

Holland John Philip 1842-1914
This is a short book without contents that relates to the Hulton biplane. But this book is interesting!
