Wing with twist... and looks nearly like it could be off 2013 HG assembly line; streamlined pod? Aiming for balloon launch?

It looks like the glider built by J. M. Le Bris based on the albatross and tested between 1856-68. His take off method was by towing from a cart so the use of the balloon may indicate it is not his design?
