Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Today I am thankful for Joe and Frank and Rick and Sam and Bill and Scott and Harry and Steve and Phil and Robin and Ernie and Tony and Mike and Brian and Warren and Doug and John and Margie and Tommy and Charlie and Jerry and hundreds of others who've made this effort work. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and many more to come.

Thanks to you Bob for standing up for safety in the sport and not taking the easy way out by looking the other way, when you see safety problems.

Thanks also for all of the encouragement and help you have given me in my too long put-off return to hang gliding.

My wish for you for the coming year is that you regain flying access to all of the good sites in SoCal including Torrey.

I'm a day late, but I also hope every US Hawks member had a good Thanksgiving!

I haven't been posting much recently due to a close family member having some health problems. But I have been visiting and trying to keep up with the current topics.

BTW - I'd also like to thank Bob for lighting the spark that created the Torrey Hawks then the US Hawks!

Thanks also to all those newer members who've noticed that the US Hawks just might be a better Hang Gliding Association than that other organization. You know, the one that seems to have lost it's focus ( ) on its roots in Recreational Hang Gliding.
